I’ve been “auditioning” fabrics for the “tinyfloralsanonymousswap” I’m doing through Instagram and, well, while I had all the fabrics out, I decided I needed to whip up a little something with them! They were too pretty not to work with.
I made this little stationery kit for a friend. I looove it so much! I have to admit, I was a little bit tempted to keep it for myself!
Stitched in all of my favorite colors of, pink, mint, yellow, and lavender, this little stationery kit just reminds me of sunshine and happiness.
To make this little organizer, I used the Stationery Kit pattern by Fabric Mutt. As inspired by another crafter, I added a little tab closure and a place for a pen in the center of the organizer. The back is patchwork as well with a little Victorian tag on the bottom.
With the two pockets, there’s lots of room to organize your notecards, stationery, paper pads, letters, etc! The little snap closure pocket is my favorite. So cute! It’s perfect for postage stamps, stickers, or any other little item.
For my friend, I added some little goodies to the inside of the kit including some stamps, paper clips, Bible verse coloring cards, and a little pencil wrapped in washi tape.
I had so much fun putting this little organizer together, I’m pretty sure I’m going to need to make another one for myself!
